Toulouse became the first rugby team in history to win the Champions Cup, the biggest prize in European club rugby, five times after beating fellow French club La Rochelle 22-17 in the final at Twickenham Stadium, London.

Toulouse scrum-half Antoine Dupont was named as the European Player of the Year after the match.
