Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama of Japan clinched victory in the Hawaiian Open with an eagle in the first hole of a play-off to defeat American Russell Henley.

Matsuyama forced the tie-breaker with a final round of 63. Kevin Kisner of the USA and Ireland's Seamus Power tied for third, four shots back.
