Football - CONCACAF Nations League
A tournament involving all the men's national teams affiliated to the North America governing body CONCACAF, which is organised on a league structure with the nations divided into three divisions. Each of these has four groups with sides playing each other home and away. The trophy is contested in semi-finals and a final by the four winners of the groups in League A. Teams move up and down the structure after each event via a promotion and relegation system.
