Welshman Mark Williams beat England's Gary Wilson 6-4 in snooker's British Open final in Leicester, England to clinch his 24th ranking title.

It was Williams' second win in this tournament - 24 years after his first triumph. The event was revived after a 17-year absence from the World Snooker Tour.
