Russian Andrey Rublev denied Serbia's Novak Djokovic a first tennis title of the season by beating the world number one in the final of his home tournament at the ATP Serbia Open in Belgrade 6-2 6-7 (4-7) 6-0.

Meanwhile, Carlos Alcaraz won the ATP Barcelona Open. The 18-year-old beat fellow Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta 6-3 6-2 in he final to clinch his third title of the season.
