Russian Andrey Rublev beat Canada's Felix Auger-Aliassime 4-6 7-5 7-5 for his first Madrid Open tennis title and second Masters 1,000 triumph at Caja Magica.
In the women's Madrid Open at the same venue, Poland's world number one Iga Swiatek beat world number two Aryna Sabalenka of belarus 7-5 4-6 7-6 (9-7) to win her first Madrid Open title.
