Italy's Jannik Sinner beat Novak Djokovic of Serbia 7-6 (7-4) 6-3 in the final to win the Shanghai Masters tennis title in China.
Djokovic was aiming to become only the third man - after Jimmy Connors (109) and Roger Federer (103) - to chalk up 100 ATP Tour titles.
