Swiatek claims Indian Wells crown

Poland's Iga Swiatek won the women's title at Indian Wells Open in California, USA beating Maria Sakkari of Greece 6-4 6-1 in the final.

The victory lifted Swiatek to a career-high second in the world rankings.

France win Six Nations title

France won rugby's men's Six Nations Championship for the first time since 2010, winning all their five matches to complete the Grand Slam.

The final leg was a 25-13 win over Englanf at Stade de France in Paris, with tries from Gael Fickou, Francois Cros and captain Antoine Dupont.
