Doyle makes history

England's Hollie Doyle became the first female jockey to win horse racing's Goodwood Cup, riding Trueshan to victory.

Away He Goes was second.and Sir Ron Priestley finished third. It is Doyle's second Group One win and trainer Alan King's first on the flat.

Lee claims historic victory

Australian golfer Minjee Lee claimed her first major title after she beat South Korea's Jeongeun Lee6 in a play-off at the Evian Championship in France.

Lee started the final round seven shots adrift of Lee6. It matches the biggest comeback to win a major in the women's game.
