Medvedev wins in Paris

Russian Daniil Medvedev won his eighth ATP title as he beat Germany's Alexander Zverev 5-7 6-4 6-1 in the ATP Paris Masters final.

Zverev beat Rafael Nadal in Saturday's semi-finals but Medvedev claimed his scalp in two hours seven minutes.
