Scheffler retains in Phoenix

American golfer Scottie Scheffler successfully defended his Phoenix Open title with a two-shot win.

The Masters champion will return to world No.1, Canada's Nick Taylor was second with Spain's Jon Rahm a further three shots back.

Spanish giants Real Madrid beat Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia 5-3 in the final of the FIFA Club World Cup in Rabat, Morocco.

It was a record-extending fifth title for Real. Hilal were the first club from their country to contest the final.
